BY USING THE SERVICES IN ANY MANNER, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.

# Acceptance of Terms

You agree that all matters relating to your access to or use of the Gear, including all disputes, will be governed by the laws of the United States. The Service is offered subject to acceptance without modification of all of these Terms of Service and all other operating rules, policies, and procedures that may be published from time to time in connection with the Services by Gear. Besides, some services offered through the Service may be subject to additional terms and conditions promulgated by Gear from time to time; your use of such services is subject to those additional terms and conditions, which are incorporated into these Terms of Use by this reference.

# Modification of Terms

Gear reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any of the Terms of Service, or change, suspend, or discontinue the Service (including without limitation the availability of any feature, database, or content) at any time.

# Gear Web Browser

1.1 Gear is an application of a web browser providing browsing Internet content functionality. The website owner provides any Internet content from a web view (The main view for browsing content by URL). Gear does not provide or modify text content from the view.

1.2 The core of web view, which renders web content, handling JavaScript, CSS styles, cookies, web database, session data, and caching files, is using native WKWebView framework from the Apple iOS operation system.

1.3 Users accessing Internet content and any Internet activities from the Gear browser should abide by the local law. Gear does not restrict or disallow how users use those content.

# Content Filter

2.1 By enabling the Gear browser content filter feature, you agree that you will not use it for unlocking website features and accessing protected content. If you disagree with that, please disable this feature from the setting or disable it alone from the site setting.

2.2 The ad blocking, privacy protection, and annoyance content filtering feature is using third-party open source rules from EasyList and the content rule list feature from WKWebView developed natively by Apple.

2.3 The feature of enabling or disabling content filtering for the website is determined by the user. You should understand their risks and legal responsibilities when enabling features.

2.4 Gear is using EasyList rules and allowlist for acceptable ads. If your website content is blocked on this list, please contact https://easylist.to/pages/about.html and submit a request to allowlist.

# Gear Pro

3.1 Gear Pro is a series of services designed for senior mobile development engineers. These advanced functions should only be used to develop, debug, or test their projects and cannot be used for hacking or cracking website services. Users should bear their legal responsibilities.

3.2 All subscriptions are auto-renewing and can be canceled anytime.

3.3 Payment will be charged to iTunes Account with confirmation of purchase.

3.4 Subscription will automatically renew unless is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

# Userscript Engine

4.1 Gear browser provides a Userscript engine to install third-party Userscript from the Internet or develop the code by the user for enhancing the web browsing experience. You CAN NOT use it for unlocking the website's features, accessing protected content, or damaging the service provider.

4.2 Gear browser did not provide any official Userscript. All those Userscript are from the Internet or developed by the user, and it does not imply endorsement by the Gear browser. If you think some Userscript is infringing your right, please contact the Userscript author/developer.

4.3 According to the technological neutrality principle, the Gear browser is only the technology provider and did not be responsible for the consequences of using Userscript. Users should abide by the local law when using the Userscript and be responsible for its activity.

# Third-party Website Links

Any website links from the Gear browser are not under the control of the Gear browser and we do not be responsible for the contents of those websites. Gear browser provides website links only for convenience, and it does not imply endorsement by the Gear browser.

# Infringement Notices

If you are the copyright owner (or acting for a copyright owner) and believe that copyright infringement is taking place on the Gear browser product. Please send us an email and file a report with us.

Any feedback you provide at this site shall be deemed to be non-confidential. Gear browser shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis.
